钢蜗轮传动的试验研究

Experiment research of the steel worn gear transmission

摘要 传统的铜蜗轮传动存在的根本问题是承载能力低和使用寿命短,提出解决这一问题的重要途径是通过选择合适的润滑油和添加剂,用钢制蜗轮代替传统的铜蜗轮.通过试验研究证明是完全可行的,传动效率可超过85%;承载能力达到相同尺寸铜蜗轮减速器额定输出载荷的214%;温升低、磨损极小. The main problems in the copper worm gear transmission is the lower load—bearing capacity and shorter service life.One of the effective ways to solve the problem is using the steel as the meterial of the gears instead of copper by choosing suitable lubricant and additives.The ex- perimental researches proved that the way is completely feasible.The transmission efficiency of the steel worm gear can reach more than 85 percent and the load—bearing capacity can attain 214 percent of the rat- ed torque of the copper gear reduction.The stable temperature is low and the wear value is extreamly small.
