摘要
基于CATIA平台进行二次开发,优化了汽车雨刮器四连杆机构设计。根据雨刮机构的基本结构和布置要求,对机构空间位置和曲柄、摇臂和连杆等机构进行参数化描述,进而提出参数化设计流程。以某车型为实例进行建模和计算,得到了优化的四连杆机构运动件和刮刷角度、加速度、传动角等运动特性曲线。设计得以快速完成,为缩短项目时间、节约制造成本提供了一套切实可行的方法。
Based on the secondary development of the CATIA platform, the parametric design of four- connecting-rod mechanism is proposed for automobile wipers. Per the basic structure and layout requirements of the wiper mechanism, parametric description of the mechanism spatial location and mechanisms including crank, rocker and connecting rod are performed, and the parametric design process is put forward. By taking an automobile as an example, modeling and calculation are carried out, so that the optimized four-connecting-rod mechanism and motion characteristic curves of wiping angles, accelerations and transmission angles are obtained. The design is completed quickly, which shortens the time of the project and saves the cost of manufacturing, so that a set of practical methods have been provided.
