摘要
对实现CATIA零组件智能装配的关键技术与现行方案进行研究,提出一种基于CATIA二次开发的智能装配实现的方法。通过检测装配基体形状特征来创建装配基准,自动建立装配约束,实现智能装配以及同件号零组件批量装配,大大降低了设计员的装配劳动强度,提高了装配设计效率,缩短产品开发周期,并已在实践应用中取得了极好的效果。
The method of automatic assembly base on CATIA secondary development is studied in the paper.The feature of basic component is detected to create assembing datum and establishing the constraints automatically which implements the function of automatic assembly and group assembly with the same part number.The study of automatic assembly obtains good results in the practical application with saving designers' labor of assembly design,shortening product development cycle and enhancing its efficiency.
