多发性骨髓瘤及其所在微环境的研究 被引量:4

摘要 骨髓(BM)是人类造血功能的起始部位,是造血干细胞(HSCs)和造血祖细胞的储库。干细胞龛是干细胞集中储存场所,并可通过一些信号通路来调节和维持干细胞的性能[1]。成骨细胞位于骨内膜(骨松质与BM的接合处)与HSCs直接接触。成骨细胞及其相关维持信号通路起到关键作用,对研究进行综述以指导其临床应用。1成骨细胞龛和它的信号通路1.1 Wnt信号经典Wnt信号通路,
