多发性骨髓瘤合并髓外病变556例流行病学调查 被引量：5

摘要 多发性骨髓瘤（multiple myeloma，MM）细胞通常局限于骨髓，但也可发生于其他器官或组织。MM并发髓外病变（extramedullary，EM）多发生于疾病进展或复发时，是预后不良的标志。国外报道MM初诊时EM发生率为15％～20％，国内无相关的流行病学资料。为了解EM在MM中的发生率及常见的发生部位，我们调查了河北医科大学第三医院和河北医科大学第二医院收治的556例初治MM患者，对初诊时伴或不伴EM患者的临床及实验室检查做了分析，现报告如下。
