摘要
水产养殖动物大多数经济性状诸如生长、肌肉质量和抗病性等都是多个基因控制的数量性状。数量性状位点(quantitative trait locus,QTL)是染色体上决定一个数量性状的区域,可能包含一个或多个基因。水产养殖鱼类QTL定位的目的是弄清决定一个性状的基因数量和效应,以加快重要经济性状的遗传改良速度。本文综述了几种重要养殖鱼类主要经济性状QTL定位研究进展、存在的问题及发展趋势,为提高标记辅助育种效率提供参考。
Most economically important traits such as growth, flesh quality and disease resistance are controlled by a number of genes in aquaculture animals. Quantitative trait loci (QTL) are chromosomal regions (single gene or gene clusters) determining a quantita- tive characters. The purpose of mapping QTL of cultured fish is to understand the numbers and effects of genes that determine a trait and to assist in selective breeding to accelerate genetic improvement of important traits. The paper reviewed the progress of QTL mapping for important economic traits of several culture fish, and challenges and future research was discussed in detail.
