摘要
用自制的包覆有酞菁蓝颜料的水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液对超细涤纶织物进行涂料染色。通过改变黏合剂色浆用量、烘干和焙烘条件、交联剂和渗透剂用量,确定最佳染色工艺。试验发现,染色超细涤纶织物的得色量较高,织物柔软性好,K/S值达到5左右,干摩擦牢度可达4~5级,湿摩擦牢度可达5级,皂洗牢度中的褪色牢度和沾色牢度均达5级。
Pigment dyeing of the superfine polyester fabric is carried out with self-made phthalocyanine blue pigment coated with waterborne polyurethane acrylate composite emulsion.The optimum dyeing process is determined by changing the amount of adhesive paste,drying and baking conditions,the amounts of crosslinker and penetrating agent.The results show that the dyeings have high color yield,good softness,the K/S value of 5,and Grade_5 of wet rubbing fastness,Grade 4N5 of dry rubbing fastness,Grade 5 of soaping fastness.
