摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流、臭氧水冲洗联合腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣治疗糖尿病足溃疡创面的临床效果。方法选取糖尿病足并发溃疡患者89例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(负压封闭引流、臭氧水冲洗联合腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣治疗,45例)和对照组(游离穿支皮瓣治疗,44例),比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者的住院时间、疼痛缓解时间、肢端感觉恢复时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的手术次数显著少于对照组,溃疡复发及截肢率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流、臭氧水冲洗联合腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣治疗糖尿病足溃疡创面可有效缩短患者的治疗疗程和症状恢复时间,减少手术次数,降低复发率及截肢率,具有显著临床疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of negative pressure closed drainage, ozone water rinse combined with sural nerve nutrition flap for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer wound. Methods 89 cases ofpatients with diabetic foot complicated with ulcer were selected and randomly divided into the study group （negative pressure closed drainage, ozone water rinse combined with sural nerve nutrition flap treatment, 45 cases） and the control group （free perforation flap treatment, 44 cases）. The clinical effects were compared between two groups. Results T^eh^spita^izati^ntime^painre^ieftimeandrec^verytime^facr^agn^sis^fstudygr^u~weresigni^can^ysh^rter thanthose of control group （P〈0.05）. The number of operation, recurrence rate of ulcer, and amputation rate of study group were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Negative pressure closed drainage, ozone water rinse combined with sural nerve nutrition flap in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer wound can effectively shorten the treatment time and recovery time of the patients, reduce the number of operation, and reduce the recurrence rate and amputation rate, with significant clinical curative effect.
