摘要
目的分析负压吸引系统治疗糖尿病足伴感染的创面修复效果。方法随机选取2018年11月—2019年11月我院收治的60例糖尿病足伴感染的患者,将其按照简单随机化法均分为对照组和观察组,对照组应用常规治疗,观察组应用负压吸引系统治疗,两组治疗疗效、创面修复面积、不良反应发生率对比。结果两组糖尿病足伴感染的患者治疗前肉芽评分、经皮氧分压检测值、溃疡体积测量值对比,均P>0.05,治疗后观察组肉芽评分、溃疡体积测量值较之前下降幅度及经皮氧分压检测值较之前提高幅度均优于对照组,数据组内、组间对比,P<0.05。结论对糖尿病伴感染患者应用负压吸引系统治疗效果较好,能有效修复其创面,并且不良反应也较少。
Objective To analyze the wound repair effect of negative pressure suction system in the treatment of diabetic foot with infection.Methods 60 cases of diabetic foot with infection were randomly selected from November 2018 to November 2019 in our hospital,according to the simple randomized method,they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with negative pressure suction system.The therapeutic effect,wound repair area and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The comparison of granulation score,transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure detection value and ulcer volume measurement value of patients with diabetic foot infection in the two groups before treatment,all P>0.05,after treatment,the granulation score,ulcer volume measurement value and the improvement of transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of negative pressure suction system in the treatment of diabetic patients with infection is effective,can effectively repair their wounds,and the adverse reactions are less.
