摘要
以某车载电子仪器仪表盖的注塑工艺为例,提出了一整套基于计算机辅助技术的塑料产品及其注塑模具的辅助设计、仿真分析、模拟制造、优化及后处理等计算机辅助与MPI相结合的工业设计流程,总结了计算机辅助技术在注塑模具设计中的模拟过程,并对计算机辅助技术在注塑成型的发展方向和趋势进行了展望。
Taking the injection process of a vehicle electronic instrument cover as an example, this paper presented the industrial design process for plastic products and their injection moulds combining computer-aided technology and moldflow plastic insight (MPI) software package, including computer aided design, simulation analysis, simulation manufacturing, optimization and post processing. The simulation process of computer aided technology in injection mold design was summarized, and the development direction and trend of computer aided technology in injection molding were prospected.
