摘要
用Moldflow软件在材料及其他成型工艺条件完全相同的情况下,对某家用电器的台面框进行冷却分析,设计不同的冷却系统。为重点考察冷却系统对制品质量和生产效率的影响,选取冷却引起的翘曲变形量、冷却时间和制品温度等作为冷却系统优劣评价的主要指标,得到几种冷却系统中的最优者。
