摘要
在简述了室内设计基本理念的基础上,对比了装潢材料中的木塑复合材料和实木材料的力学性能,提出了木塑复合材料可以取代实木材料在室内设计与装潢中的地位,分析了木粉含量及颗粒直径对聚氯乙烯(PVC)+木粉(WF)材料力学性能的影响,从燃烧释放的热量和烟气的角度分析了矿物类阻燃剂对PVC+WF材料阻燃性的影响,提出了木塑复合材料在室内设计中的应用——木塑复合地板,介绍了木塑复合地板的常用结构和应用场景。
Based on the basic concept of interior design, the mechanical properties of wood-plastic composites and solid wood in decorating materials were compared, the view that wood-plastic composites could replace the position of solid wood materials in interior design and decorating was proposed. The influence of wood flour content and particle diameter on the mechanical properties of polyvinyl chloride (PVC)/wood flour (WF) materials was analyzed, and the influence of mineral flame retardants on the flame retardancy of PVC/ WF materials was analyzed from the prospect of heat and flue gas released from combustion. The interior design of the application-wood-plastic composite floor was put forward, and the common structure and application scene of wood-plastic composites floor was introduced.
