摘要
选用废弃木粉、聚氯乙烯塑料为原料,通过硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂处理木粉、马来酸酐接枝共聚PVC等方法进行改性模压制备木塑复合料,并初步研究了其理化性能。结果表明,经改性剂处理复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度、吸水率及厚度膨胀率等理化性能均比改性前有所提高。经硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂处理木粉再分别与马来酸酐接枝共聚PVC树脂进行复合所制备的复合材料的性能明显优于单一种改性的性能。同时采用FT-IR、SEM对木塑复合材料进行了分析。
The WF/PVC composites are molded preparation through waste wood flour modified with silane coupling agent, titanate coupling agent and polyvinyl chloride grafted with maleric anhydride. The results show that the physical and chemical properties of WF/PVC composites such as tensile strength, impact strength, water absorp tion and thickness swelling are improved than before modification. What is more, the samples with the interface modifiers compounded are superior to the ones with a single modifier, while the specimens are analyzed using the technologies of FTIR and SEM.
