摘要
使用电化学阻抗测试对环氧防腐涂层在盐雾和海水交变压力环境下的电化学行为进行了研究,比较了两种不同环氧配套涂层的电化学性能。试验结果表明:在盐雾和海水压力交变环境下,涂覆3道100μm通用型纯环氧涂料配套的样板的电化学性能优于涂覆2道100μm改性环氧通用底漆+2道125μm环氧沥青厚涂面漆配套的样板。在整个试验阶段,两种配套涂层的电化学阻抗谱图均表现为一个时间常数,在盐雾及海水交变压力环境下具有良好的屏蔽性能。
Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)was used to investigate the electrochemical feature of epoxy coating systems in salt spray and simulating alternative pressure of sea water environment,the electrochemical performances of two epoxy coating systems were compared. The test results showed that :in salt spray and simulating alternative pressure of sea water environment,the electrochemical performance of three coats of 100 μm universal epoxy coating system was better than that of two coats of 100 μm modified epoxy universal primer plus two coats of 125 μm thick epoxy asphalt topcoat system. During the test period,there was one time constant on the EIS presented on both of two coating systems,which indicated the protection performances of two coating systems were excellent.
