摘要
为提高教学质量、激发学生的自主学习兴趣,将翻转课堂教学法引入"食品添加剂"课程,采用案例教学法、及时教学法和以问题为导向的教学法3种方法展开实践。经过实践,取得了良好的教学效果。
In order to improve the quality of teaching and inspire the independent study interest of students,flipped classrom was introduced into the class of Food Additives in this paper. Case study,just in time teaching and problem-based learning method were used in practice. As a result,teaching effectiveness was improved significantly.
