摘要
目的探讨消毒隔离管理在手术室医院感染控制中的重要性。方法抽取我院就诊的500例手术患者,其中常规组采取一般的消毒隔离管理,实验组采取系统的消毒隔离管理,对比两组的手术室感染发生率、满意度结果发生率。结果实验组与常规组的感染发生率分别为0.40%与4.80%,P<0.05;实验组与常规组患者满意度分别为97.60%与82.00%,P<0.05。结论加强手术室系统性的消毒隔离管理措施,便于降低感染发生率,提高满意度。
Objective To explore the importance of disinfection and isolation management in hospital infection control in operation room. Methods 500 cases of surgery in our hospital were selected. In the general group, the general disinfection and isolation management was adopted, and the experimental group took the system of disinfection and isolation management. The incidence of infection in the operation room and the incidence of satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of infection in the experimental group and the routine group were 0.40% and 4.80%, respectively, P〈0.05. The patients＇ satisfaction with the experimental group and the routine group were 97.60% and 82%, P〈0.05, respectively. Conclusion To strengthen the systematic disinfection and isolation management measures in the operation room so as to reduce the incidence of infection and improve the satisfaction.
