摘要
目的:探讨持续质量改进在手术室环境质量管理中应用的效果。方法:制定手术室医院感染质量标准,按标准考核,将持续质量改进应用到环境质量管理的各个环节,统计分析手术室环境卫生学检测结果,评价改进效果。结果:持续质量改进后手术室的环境卫生学检测结果合格率较改进前明显提高。结论:合理布局、流程,做好人流、物流的管理,加强医院感染知识的培训,完善和落实各项管理制度等持续改进措施能有效地提高手术室环境质量。
Objective： To discuss the effect of sustainable improvement which applied in the management of surgery environment quality. Methods： Set the quality standard of nosocomial infection of surgery according to which undertaking assessment; apply the sustainable improvement to the management of all aspects of the quality of the en- vironment; count and analyze the tested sanitary scientific result of surgery, and evaluate it. Result： After the sustain- able improvement of surgery environment, the pass rate of tested result of sanitary science has been, compared with the former, evidently raised. Conclusion： Reasonable procedure and distribution, proper management of people and logistics, enhancement of infection knowledge training, perfecting and implementing management system and other sustainable improving methods should be carried out to improve the quality of surgery.
