摘要
目的探讨贝那普利联合丹红注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的临床疗效及对血清转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)和高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)水平的影响。方法将符合诊断条件的CHF患者85例,按随机数字法将患者分为对照组41例和观察组44例。两组给予常规治疗,对照组给予贝那普利每次5~10 mg,每天1次;观察组在对照组基础上采取丹红注射液每次40 m L,每天2次。两组患者连续治疗4周。比较两组6 min步行实验(6 MWT)、生活质量评分、心功能和临床疗效。检测两组血清TGF-β1和HMGB1水平。结果治疗后,观察组的6 MWT、左心射血分数(LVEF)和E峰与A峰比值(E/A)显著高于对照组,生活质量评分、左室收缩末径(LVSEd)和左室舒张末径(LVDEd)明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率为97.73%,明显高于对照组80.49%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清TGF-β1和HMGB1水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论贝那普利联合丹红注射液治疗CHF患者疗效显著,降低患者血清中TGF-β1和HMGB1水平可能与上述疗效相关。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of benazepril combined with Danhong Injection in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) and its effect on serum levels of transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) and high mobility group box 1(HMGB1).Methods Eighty-five CHF patients who met the diagnostic criteria were assigned into control group(n = 41) and observation group(n = 44) by random number method.The two groups were given routine treatment.The control group was given benazepril 5 to 10 mg once daily.The observation group took Danhong Injection 40 m L twice daily in addition to the same treatment in the control group.Two groups of patients were continuously treated for 4 weeks.The 6-minute walk test(6 MWT),quality of life score,cardiac function and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Serum levels of TGF-β1 and HMGB1 were detected in both groups.Results After treatment,the 6 MWT,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and E/A ratio(E/A) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the quality of life scores,left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVSEd) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDEd) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The total effective rate in observation group was 97.73%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(80.49%,P < 0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum TGF-β1 and HMGB1 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusions Benazepril in combination with Danhong Injection in treating CHF has significant efficacy,which may be relevant to inhibiting serum levels of TGF-β1 and HMGB1.
