摘要
目的:观察盐酸贝那普利联合螺内酯治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2009年9月-2011年4月收治的112例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机均分为盐酸贝那普利组(对照组)和盐酸贝那普利联合螺内酯组(试验组)。采用彩色多普勒超声心电图测量2组患者左室舒张末期容积(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESD)及左室射血分数(LVEF),比较2组治疗前、后心功能改善情况和不良反应。结果:治疗3个月后,试验组与对照组的总有效率分别为91.07%(51/56)、75.00%(42/56),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组的LVESV、LVSDV均有所下降,LVEF均有所增加,但试验组治疗后各项指标改善显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗中,2组均有少数患者出现轻微不良反应。结论:在常规治疗心力衰竭患者的基础上加用盐酸贝那普利联合螺内酯治疗,能有效的改善心功能,疗效确切,安全性好。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of benazepril hydrochloride combined with antisterone in the treatment of heart failure.METHODS:112 patients with chronic heart failure(New York Heart Association class Ⅱ~Ⅳ)in our hospital during Sept.2009 to Apr.2011 were enrolled and randomized into benazepril hydrochloride group(control group)and benazepril hydrochloride combined with antisterone group(trial group)with 56 cases in each group,according to the principle of voluntariness.Using color Doppler ultrasound electrocardiogram was adopted to determine left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of 2 groups.Heart function improvements of 2 groups were compared before and after treatment.RESULTS:After 3 months of treatment,total effective rate of trial group and control group were 91.07%(51/56)and 75.00%(42/56),there was significant difference(P0.05).Compared with before treatment,LVESV and LVSDV of 2 groups decreased in 2 groups while LVEF increased to some extent.There was significant difference in the improvement of each index in trial group before and after treatment(P0.05).The 2 groups had a small number of pationts with minor ADR in treatment.CONCLUSION:The conventional treatment of heart failure patients combined with benazepril hydrochloride can effectively improve cardiac function.Therapeutic efficacy is accurate and treatment scheme is safe.
