摘要
本文以福建著名的产茶区安溪县感德镇为例,通过对区域社会经济和自然条件的分析,结合土地利用现状特点,从土地利用结构、社会经济水平、土地开发环境支撑条件等3个方面构建指标体系。运用ArcGIS的空间叠加分析功能和SPSS的聚类分析法,将研究区域分为城镇建设发展区、茶叶适宜种植区、茶叶加工区、林地适宜种植区、自然风景生态旅游区等5个功能区。最后结合各功能区土地利用的实际情况,提出相应的建议,为规范土地利用、促进区域可持续发展提供依据。
This paper takes the famous tea production areas Gande Town Anxi County as the research area,builds the index system from three aspects including land use structure,social economy level and land development environment based on the analysis of natural conditions,regional social economic level and the characteristics of land utilization. Then,taking use of spatial overlay analysis function in Arcgis and clustering analysis function in SPSS and five functional zones were divided： urban developing zone,tea planting zone,tea processing zone,woodlands zone and the natural scenic tourism zone. Finally,make some suggestions on land use,which could provide scientific evidences for land use standardizing and sustainable development of this region,according to the development status of various functional zones.
