摘要
地域功能学说是我国在区域发展实践中的理论创新。该文对国内学者在地域功能识别过程中涉及的研究基础、指标体系、研究方法等现状进行了综述,总结了研究存在的问题。结果表明,当前地域功能识别的机理研究相对薄弱,统一的功能分类体系尚未建立;地域功能识别形成基本的研究范式:以空间技术为依托,遵循"先易后难"的路径,通过适宜性评价和功能判别进行识别,但综合集成中的技术性问题仍未解决;地域功能识别研究正向市县层级集中,但对市县层面的划分方式还有待斟酌。为此,未来应加强机理研究,对分类体系、指标体系和方法进行标准化建设,提高地域识别成果的应用性,并建立监测、后评估与动态调整机制。
This paper provides a review and reflection on the research about the territorial function identifying, in terms of the research foundation, indicator system and research methods. The results reveal that： 1）The research about the mechanism of territorial function evolution is comparatively inadequate, there isn＇t a unified classification of the territorial function and the indicator system; 2）There is a paradigm to the research：to identify the function＇ from easy to difficult＇, according to suitability assessment and function discrimination, with the assistant of space analysis, but some technical problem should be solved in the comprehensive integration;3）The research scale is shift to the county or city level, despite the type of identifying should be discussed. The paper puts forward several prospects on researches of territorial function identifying： to reinforce the research of evolution mechanism, to develop the standardization of classification system, indicator system and the research method, to establish the mechanism of monitoring, the post-assessment and the dynamic adjustment.
