摘要
近年来,随着食品安全卫生问题的不断出现,社会要求进一步提高食品卫生与营养学专业人才的综合素质和创新应用能力。培养创新能力的人才是高等院校的主要目标,如何培养食品卫生与营养学专业创新型人才,更好地为社会服务,就此提出培养创新型食品卫生与营养学卫生专业人才需要树立创新教育观、推进创新型教学模式、构建创新型实践教学平台、提高师资队伍创新能力,以期更好地服务于教学。
Food safety has been a constant problem in recent years, the requirements of the society and enterprises on the quality and ability of food hygiene and nutrition professionals are constantly improving. Cultivating innovative talents is the main goal of institutions of higher learning, how to foster innovative talents of food hygiene and nutrition, better for social services. This article put forward the cultivation of innovative food hygiene and nutrition health professionals need to set up innovation e-ducation view, promoting innovative teaching mode, building an innovative practical teaching platform and improving the in-novation ability of teachers.
