摘要
为减少对钢水的增磷,以电熔镁砂颗粒为骨料,电熔镁砂细粉、Cr_2O_3粉、SiO_2微粉为基质,制备了转炉出钢口镁质修补料。分别研究了8种减水剂(三聚磷酸钠STP、六偏磷酸钠SHP、聚丙烯酸钠SPA、醚基聚羧酸酯类减水剂FS10、聚羧酸减水剂FS65、氨基磺酸盐减水剂SN-Ⅱ、β-萘系磺酸盐甲醛缩合物FDN和氨基磺酸盐类减水剂HDS-1)及FS65的外加量(质量分数分别为0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%、0.6%和0.7%)和SiO_2微粉的加入量(质量分数分别为1%、3%、5%和7%)对修补料性能的影响。结果表明,以93.5%(w)的电熔镁砂、5%(w)的SiO_2微粉、1.5%(w)的Cr_2O_3粉,外加0.3%(w)的减水剂FS65和0.1%(w)的悬浮剂制备的镁质修补料性能最好。该修补料在多家钢厂300 t转炉上进行使用,其寿命可以保持与出钢口同步,大于100炉,完全满足冶炼要求。
For reducing molten steel phosphorization,magnesia repairing mixes for steel tapping hole of converters were prepared with fused magnesia particles as aggregates,fused magnesia fines,Cr2O3 powder and SiO2 micropowder as matrix. The effects of eight kinds of water reducers (sodium tripolyphosphate STP, sodium hexametaphosphate SHP,sodium polyacrylate SPA,ether group polycarboxylic acid esters water reducer FS10, polycarboxylic acid water reducer FS65, sulfamate water reducer SN-Ⅱ, β-naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate FDN and sulfamate water reducer HDS-1),extra FS65 additions (0. 1%, 0.2% ,0.3% ,0.4% ,0.5% ,0.6%, and 0.7%, by mass) and SiO2 micropowder additions ( 1%, 3% ,5%, and 7%, by mass) on properties of the repairing mix were investigated. The results show that the magnesia repairing mix prepared with 93.5 mass% of fused magnesia,5 mass% of SiO2 micropowder,1. 5 mass% of Cr2O3 powder,extra 0.3 mass% of FS65 water reducer and 0.1 mass% of suspending agent performs the best. The mix has been applied in 300 t converters in several steel plants in China. The campaign life of the mix matches that of the steel tapping holes,which is more than 100 heats,satisfying the smelting requirements.
