摘要
介绍了第三炼钢厂转炉炉龄现状，系统分析了目前影响转炉炉龄的各种要素，认为优化溅渣护炉工艺是提高炉龄的第一要因，同时要兼顾综合砌炉、基础补护炉等要素，并逐一找出相应对策及提高转炉炉龄的途径。
The present state of the converter campaign length of No. 3 steelmaking at Shougang is described and the influencing factor of the converter campaign length is analyzed. The technical optimization of sputtering is regarded as the major influencing factor, and the synthetical patching or basic fettling is considered the secondary factor. At the same time, relevant measure or approach of improving campaign length is found.
