摘要
以木麻黄树皮为载体制备负载锌、铜金属离子的抗菌剂,探讨了木麻黄树皮载金属抗菌剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用,并考察了木麻黄树皮载金属抗菌剂在纸张中的应用性能。结果表明,铜、锌离子对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有很好的抑菌效果,当离子浓度为5 mg/m L时,抑菌圈直径分别为17.1 mm、11.2 mm;木麻黄树皮对金属离子具有很好的负载量,木麻黄树皮载金属离子抗菌剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌具有很好的抑制作用;随着木麻黄树皮中金属离子含量的增大,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用越明显;木麻黄树皮载金属抗菌剂在纸张中的添加量20%、30%时,抗菌纸张对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈的直径分别由12.7 mm增加到17.9 mm、8.4 mm增加到12.7 mm。
Antibacterial agents were prepared using the Casuarina equisetifolia bark carrying metal ions. E.coli and S.aureus was used to evaluate the antibacterial activity of the bark carrying metal ions. And the effects of the application performance of Casuarina equisetifolia bark contained metal antibacterial agent in paper were discussed. The results showed that copper and zinc had good antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. When the ionic concentration was 5 mg/mL, the diameter of inhibition zone was 17.1 mm and 11.2 mm respectively. The bark had good capacity for metal ions. The bark carrying metal ions antibacterial agent had a good inhibitory effect on E.coli and S.aureus.Inhibition of E.coli and S.aureuswere more obvious as the content of metal ions of Casuarina equisetifolia bark increasing. When the adding amount of antibacterial agent were 20% and 30% in the paper, the diameter of bacteriostasis of antibacterial paper to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was increased from 12.7 mm to 17.9 mm, 8.4 mm to 12.7 mm, respectively.
