摘要
工科专业生产实习是学生、高校和企业共同参与的活动,三方都有不同的价值体现。从校企合作机制不完善、企业积极性不高,高校实习管理不规范、实习灵活性差,高校实习经费紧张、投入偏低,实习指导教师缺乏,学生实习主动性差等方面分析了工科专业生产实习存在的突出问题。给出了加强实习制度建设、实习基地建设、做好实习准备工作、加强实习指导教师培训和加强实习过程管理与考核的具体解决途径,以便加强实习各方对实习工作的重新认识,提高生产实习质量。
Production practice was the activity for students,universities and enterprises together,which was valuable for three participates.The problems were found from school-enterprise cooperation mechanism is not perfect with the low enterprise enthusiasm,the practice which is not flexible and lack of funds,also the practice guidance teachers was lake and poor practice initiative aspects of students.The specific solutions are given to enhance the understanding of the practice and quality,which was construction the internship system,practice base construction,strengthen the training of the teachers,do preparation work,strengthen the management and assessment of practice process,and strengthen the parties understanding of the practice,which also improve the enthusiasm of the parties and improve the quality of practice quality.
