摘要
生产实习是高校工科人才培养过程中的重要的实践环节,对培养和锻炼学生的创新能力、实践能力和综合素质发挥着至关重要的作用。由于高等教育规模扩大和市场经济转变等原因,生产实习面临很多问题。作者结合教学实践,分析了生产实习的现状和存在的问题,针对性地提出了创新教学模式的改革思路,并应用于教学实践,取得了较好的效果。
Production practice plays an important role in the training of high-quality talents. It helps to raise students＇ creative ability, practical ability, and comprehensive quality. However, there exist many difficulties in production practice because of tile expansion of higher education and transformation of market economy. Based on the teaching practice of many years, the current status and problems in production practice were analyzed. Furthermore, several novel modes of production practice were proposed. Teaching practice indicates that these novel modes can achieve very good results.
