摘要
目的:建立高纯度碳酸镧(La2(CO3)3)中镁、铝、钙、钒、铁、钴、镍、铜、砷、硒、钼、镉、汞、铅14种非稀土元素含量测定方法。方法:样品加适量浓硝酸溶解后,用2%硝酸溶液稀释后经电感耦合等离子体质谱仪检测,通过在线内标的方式消除基体效应和漂移。结果:14种元素的方法检测限0.0064~0.5313μg·kg-1,加样回收率在82.9%~111.3%,RSD小于7%。结论:电感耦合等离子体质谱(Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)法测定碳酸镧中非稀土元素准确、灵敏度高,可以为碳酸镧质量控制提供技术保障。
Objective:To develop a method for the determination of 14 Non-REEs elements such as Mg,Al,Ca,V,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,As,Se,Mo,Cd,Hg and Pb in high pure lanthanum carbonate by ICP-MS.Methods:After resolved by concentrated nitric acid and diluted by 2%nitric acid solution,the samples were analyzed directly by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)with the online internal standard to reduce the interference of matrix elements and signal drifting.Results:The detection limits of the method were ranged from 0.0064 to 0.5313μg· kg-1.The average recoveries were within the range of 82.9%-111.3%and RSDs were all less than 7%.Conclusion:The method is accurate and highly sensitive,which can provide technical support for the quality control of Lanthanum carbonate.
