摘要
本文首先对异步电机的调速原理、变频器基本电路结构及调速原理进行了介绍,系统由S7-200PLC、MM420变频器以及交流异步电动机等部分组成,通过PLC与变频器相结合的控制方式,模拟电梯实际运行的状态。通过实验测试验证,电梯电机能在变频器的控制下进行速度的平滑控制,带动轿厢上下往复运动,并且能够实现正常电梯运行所需的基本功能,可靠性高、稳定性好。
