摘要
现代牙髓治疗包括非手术治疗和手术治疗两种方式。非手术治疗主要包括根管治疗及再治疗。根管系统结构复杂、位置深在、存在增龄性变化且有慢性炎症刺激,这些均会增加牙髓治疗的难度,进而降低成功率。内窥镜兼具放大和照明两大功能,同时具有可弯曲性,为牙髓治疗的可视化操作提供了新手段。目前国内鲜少将内窥镜应用于牙髓治疗,相关中文文献较少,本文将就内窥镜在牙髓病治疗中的应用做一综述。
The most common therapeutical options for endodontics are surgical treatment and non-surgical treat- ment. The non-surgical treatments for endodontics include root canal therapy and re-treatment. Root canal system struc- ture is so complex, in a really deep position. The age changes and chronic inflammatory irritation all can increase the dif- ficulty of treatment and reduce the success rate. Endoscope not only has two fianctions of magnitication and illumination, but also has the ability to bend. It provides a new method for the visualization of endodontic treatment. At present, the ap- plication of endoscope to endodontic treatment in China is rare, and the related Chinese research papers are less. So, this paper will summarize the application of oral endoscopy in the endodontics.
