摘要
探讨色纺纱色彩类质量的评价指标和质量控制方法。阐述了色纺纱产品色牢度、明显色结、色偏、色差、色起横、色斑块、色彩风格等色彩类评价指标的概念,分析了试样对比法、预混、预梳、防异等质量控制的具体技术方法。指出:打样对色需要综合考虑试样成本、准确性及用户要求、过往经验等因素,选择最可靠、合理的技术方案;生产时不能足量投料,要为并条工序调色补色留下余量,要加强并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒的异色防范。认为:抓好色彩类质量的控制可有效提高色纺纱的质量。
The evaluation indexes and quality control method for the color quality of colored spun yarn were discussed. The concept of color evaluation indexes including color fastness, obvious color knot, color cast, chromat- ic aberration, color rung, color spot, color style and so on were explained. The specific technology method for qual ity control including sample contrast method, pre-mixing, pre-carding, preventing foreign fiber and so on were ana- lyzed. It is pointed out that sample making to proof color should overall consider the element like sample cost,ac curacy ~ user demand, past experience and so on. Then the most stable and reasonable technology proposal should be chosen. The feeding should not be full during production. Margin should be reserved for the color modu- lation and color complementary in drawing process. The prevention of heterochrome should be strengthened in drawing, roving, spinning and winding process. It is considered that the quality of colored spun yarn can be effi- ciently improved by making great effort to control the color relative quality.
