摘要
螺纹锁紧环换热器因其在高温、高压环境下运行可靠、操作方便、可带压拧紧等优点在加氢装置中得到广泛应用。而螺纹锁紧环换热器的密封问题一直是研究的重点。文章详细介绍了螺纹锁紧环换热器的内密封、外密封原理、结构及其密封受力情况,对管板试验压力的取值、管板压力试验的实施以及管板压力试验对密封的影响进行了分析和比较,并提出了相关建议,以期对该类换热器的设计和制造有一定的借鉴作用。
Thread locking ring heat exchanger are widely applied because of its advantages such as reliable running,easy operation,tightened with pressure and so on in high-temperature and highpressure environment.The sealing performance has been the research focus of thread locking ring heat exchanger.This paper introduces in detail the principles,structures and sealing force of internal seal and external seal.It analyzes and compares the pressure value and procedure of the tube sheet hydrostatic pressure test and the impacts of such test on sealing.The paper then presents some pertinent suggestions with a view to provide reference for the design and manufacturing of thread locking ring heat exchanger.
