摘要
为适应炼油行业的快速发展,先进的炼油工艺在生产中不断得到应用,就国内目前使用的高压换热器的四种密封形式:八角垫密封、Ω环密封、螺纹锁紧环密封、隔膜密封。从结构、制造、检修及经济合理性等方面进行分析比较,提出了大致的适用范围,供设计和使用参考。
In order to adapt the rapid development in oil refining industry, advanced refining processes are continuously applied. In this article, with the seal mechanism of four kinds of seal gaskets used in high pressure heat exchangers, which are octagonal gasket, toroidal gasket, thread lock ring and partition membrane, the analysis and comparison were carried out from the respects of structure, fabrication, maintenance and economy. The applicable scopes for these seals were, then, proposed for the reference in design and application.
