发展哲学视野下广东高等教育发展目标的转换逻辑——从“创新强校”到“高水平大学”

Transformation Logic of Guangdong Higher Education Development Concept from the Perspective of Development Philosophy:From “Innovation College”to “High Standard University”

摘要 近年来,广东省先后推出了"创新强校""高水平大学"和"高水平理工大学"等发展目标。从发展哲学视角对广东高等教育发展目标进行透视,发现其存在经济总量全国第一但整体教育影响力偏弱、马太效应依旧突出导致两极分化不断拉大、发展目标之间互相掣肘以及发展目标与经济社会发展相错位的逻辑矛盾,须注重高等教育发展顶层制度设计的科学性、长远性和战略性,促进广东高等教育的可持续发展。 Guangdong has launched several development ideas of "innovation college", "high standard university", and "high standard science and technology univemity". From the perspective of development philosophy, this paper studies the development of higher education in Guangdong and its perspectives. Despite of its total economy being first in the country the overall education influence is weak, and the Matthew effect is still prominent leading to gradually widening polarization gap. There exist constraints between education concepts and contradictions between educational philosophy and economic and social development. It is neces- sary to pay attention to the scientific, long-term and strategic design of the top-level system of higher education development and realize the consciousness of higher education.
