摘要
高校产权是现代大学制度的内核,《民办教育促进法》新法中非营利性民办大学法人财产权的明晰和举办者治权的规范,为现代民办大学制度建设提供了前所未有的条件和现代坐标。基于产权对于现代大学制度建设的基础性影响,可以围绕民办大学法人产权角度,从民办大学产权结构多元化、产权主体多元化、产权制度法制化以及构建多元产权主体的法人治理结构等方面探索建设现代民办大学制度。
University property right is the core of modern university system. The clarity of the legal person property right of the non - profit private college and the regulation of the right of the host in the new law provides the premise basis and modern coordinate for the construction of modern private university system. Based on the basic influence of property rights on the construction of modern uni- versity system, we can focus on the legal person ＇ s property right of private university, to construct of modern private university system fi＇om the diversification of property right structure, the diversification of property right, the legalization of property right system and the construction of legal person governance structure of muhiple property rights subject.
