摘要
民办学校的“产权”指什么?法律对民办学校举办者的“产权”是如何规定的?举办者实际拥有的是什么?本文通过对“财产所有权”、“财产权利”和“控制权”三个概念的分析回答了上述问题。
What does it mean by the 'property Rights' of Minban institutions? What are their holders' property rights according to the current Chinese laws? What rights are the holders really have? This paper probed into these questions by analyzing the 'ownership', 'property rights' and 'control' in private institutions.
