摘要
[目的]探讨山东省公立医院患者医疗费用结构变动趋势及特征,分析影响公立医院患者医疗费用结构变动的主要项目,为优化患者医疗费用结构及有效控制患者医疗费用提供实证依据。[方法]收集2012-2015年间山东省公立医院患者医疗费用数据,运用结构变动值、结构变动度和结构贡献率等指标分析次均诊疗费用及人均住院费用内部结构的构成及变动情况。[结果]2012-2015年,药品费、卫生材料费是引起门诊患者次均诊疗费用及住院患者人均住院费用结构变动的主要项目。[结论]药品费和卫生材料费是影响山东省公立医院患者医疗费用的主要项目,医疗服务劳务性收入占比较低。建议进一步优化医疗收入结构,提高医务人员劳动技术收入。
Objective To explore structure variation trend and characteristics of patient medical expenses of public hospitals in Shandong, analyzes main items that affects patient medical expenses structure variation, so as to provide empirical basis for optimizing patient medical expenses structure and effectively controllimg medical expenses. Methods Collected patient medical expenses date of public hospitals in Shandong from 2012 to 2015 and used the index of structural variation value, degree of structure variation and structural contribution rate to analyze internal structure＇ constitute and variation status of average treatment cost and per capita average hospitalization cost. Results From 2012 to 2015, drug and health material expenses were main items that affected structure variation of outpatient average treatment cost and hospitalization cost. Concluslons The expenses of pharmaceuticals and health material were main items of influencing patient medical expenses. The proportion of medi- cal services income is low. It suggests that to further optimize the structure of medical income and improve the income of medical workers.
