摘要
[目的]探讨山东省公立医院的医疗收入结构变动趋势及特征,分析影响公立医院医疗收入结构变动的主要项目,为优化公立医院医疗收入结构及有效控制医疗费用提供实证依据。[方法]收集2012-2015年间山东省公立医院医疗收入数据,运用结构变动值、结构变动度和结构贡献率等指标分析门诊收入及住院收入内部结构的构成及变动情况。[结果]2012-2015年山东省公立医院门诊收入结构变动度为5.418%,西药收入、卫生材料收入、中药收入和检查收入是引起门诊收入结构变动的主要项目;2012-2015年的住院收入结构变动度为16.683%,西药收入及卫生材料收入是引起住院收入结构变动的主要项目。[结论]西药收入和卫生材料收入是影响医疗收入的主要项目,医疗服务劳务性收入占比较低。建议进一步优化医疗收入结构,提高医务人员劳动技术收入。
Objective To explore variation trends and characteristics of public hospital medical income structure in Shandong province. Analyzes main items that affected medical income structure variation so as to provide positive basis for optimizing medical income structure and effectively controlling medical expenses. Methods Collected medical income date of public hospitals in Shandong from 2012 to 2015. Analyzed constitute and variation situation of outpatient income and hospitalization income internal structure by structural change value, structural variation degree and structural contribution rate index. Results Structure variation degree of outpatient income of public hospitals was 5. 418% from 2012 to 2015. Western medicine income, health material income, Chinese medicine income, check income were main items that affected outpatient income structure variation. Structure variation degree of hospitalization income was 16. 683% from 2012 to 2015, western medicine income and health material income were main items that affected inpatient income. Conclusions Western medicine income and health material income are main items that affected medical income. The proportion of medical services income is low. It is suggested to further optimize the structure of medical income and imorove the income of medical workers.
