摘要
中医学对老年脑病的病机及治疗有着独特而深刻的认识。以中医藏象学说理论为基础,明确肾脏在中医学理论体系中的重要地位,认为肾精亏虚、髓海不足为本,痰瘀互结、脑脉痹阻为标是老年脑病的病机,探讨从肾虚痰浊血瘀论治老年脑病的意义。在临床治疗中,以辨证论治为前提,重补肾,兼顾祛痰化瘀,提出补肾填精、益髓养神,豁痰活血、化瘀开窍的治法,结合证候变化,指导临床。
Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique and profound understanding of the pathogenesis and treatment of senile encephalopathy. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the paper clarifies the important position of kidney in the theory system of traditional Chinese medicine, analyzes the deficiency of kidney essence and deficiency of marrow, deficiency of phlegm and blood stasis to explore the significance of the treatment of senile encephalopathy from the kidney deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis. In the clinical treatment, syndrome differentiation and treatment is the premise and focusing on tonifying kidney, relieving phlegm and blood stasis, putting forward the methods of tonifying kid- ney essence and nourishing the mind, eliminating phlegm and activating the blood circluation, resolving blood stasis and opening the orifices, combing with the sydnrome changes to guide the clinical practice.
