摘要
目的探讨情志护理结合穴位按摩在颈椎病后抑郁患者中的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月~2017年3月在我院诊断治疗的颈椎病后抑郁患者120例为研究对象,患者随机分为对照组、情志护理组及联合组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,情志护理组在常规护理基础上给予情志护理,联合组在常规护理及情志护理基础上给予穴位按摩。比较三组干预前后HAMD评分以及CASCS评分。结果情志护理组与联合组干预后CASCS总分以及各维度得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组干预后CASCS总分以及各维度得分显著高于情志护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,情志护理组与联合组HAMD评分以及各维度得分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,联合组HAMD评分以及各维度得分均显著低于情志护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情志护理结合穴位按摩能够显著改善颈椎病后抑郁患者的病情。
Objective To discuss application effect of emotional nursing combined with acupoint massage for patients with depressed after cervical spondylopathy. Methods 120 cases with depressed after cervical spondy!opathy from Jan 2015 to Mar 2017 were selected as subjects. All cases were randomly divided into the control group, the emotional nursing group and the combination group, each of 40 cases. The control group received conventional nursing, the emo- tional nursing group received emotional nursing based on conventional nursing, and the combination group received emotional nursing combined with acupoint massage. HAMD and CASCS scores of three groups before and after intervention were compared. Results After intervention, CASCS aggregate scores and each dimension scores of the emotional nursing group and the combination group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）; After intervention, CASCS aggregate score and each dimension score of the combination group were higher than those of the emotional nursing group（P〈0.05）. After intervention, HAMD aggregate scores and each dimension scores of the emotional nursing group and the combination group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）; After intervention, HAMD aggregate score and each dimension score of the combination group were lower than those of the emotional nursing group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Emotional nursing combined with acupoint massage for patients with depressed after cervical spondylopathy can improve the patients＇ condition.
