摘要
为了提高铝合金在汽车产品中的材料利用比率,同时实现前防撞梁轻量化设计,通过对铝合金防撞梁和高强钢防撞梁对比分析,论述了铝合金材料在汽车前防撞梁轻量化的应用。文章针对前防撞梁市场应用情况调查及碰撞仿真分析阐明了铝合金防撞梁的应用可行性。分析结果表明:通过合理结构设计,在相同的碰撞仿真条件下,铝合金防撞梁比吸能优于钢制防撞梁。
In order to improve the utilization rate of aluminum alloy in automotive products, as well as realize the lightweight design of front anti-collision beam, this paper introduces the application of aluminum alloy in the lightweight design of front anti-collision beam through the comparison analysis between the aluminum alloy anti-collision beam and the high strength steel anti-collision beam. In this paper, the application feasibility of the aluminum alloy anti-collision beam is illustrated by the investigation of the market and the collision simulation analysis. Simulation results show that through reasonable structure design, under the same simulation conditions, the specific energy absorption of aluminum alloy anti-collision beam is better than the steel one.
