摘要
AC-20和AC-25沥青混合料的合理利用能有效减缓道路工程中的永久变形问题。依照标准、规范选出最优级配,然后再利用选出的最优级配来制作AC-20、AC-25两种面层材料,最后通过车辙试验和蠕变试验来研究沥青混合料在高温条件下性能。研究表明:车辙变形程度与荷载作用时间呈递增关系,车辙深度也与荷载级呈递增关系;压密变形是沥青路面最初产生车辙现象的主要影响因素,在压密变形量稳定后,则剪切流动变形成为了后期沥青路面产生车辙现象的主要原因;不同作用荷载、不同温度条件构成了沥青混合料蠕变性能影响最大的两个因素,并且沥青混合料蠕变性能受温度的影响程度比受荷载级的影响程度更为明显。研究成果为后续AC-20和AC-25沥青混合料在道路工程中的有效利用打下了基础。
The rational use of AC 20 and AC 25 asphalt mixes can effectively reduce the permanent deformation problem in road engineering.In this paper,we first selected the optimal gradation according to the standard and specifications,and then used the selected optimal gradation to make AC 20 and AC 25 two kinds of surface materials.Finally,the performance of asphalt mixture under high temperature was studied by the rutting test and creep test.The results show that the degree of rutting deformation increases with the loading time,the rutting depth also increases with the load level.Compressing deformation is the main influencing factor of the first rut of asphalt pavement.After the compacting deformation is stable,shear flow deformation has become the main reason for the rutting phenomenon of asphalt pavement in the later period.The two factors which influence the creep performance of asphalt mixture are the different load and temperature.And the influence of temperature on the creep performance of asphalt mixture is more obvious than that of load level.The research results lay the foundation for the effective use of AC 20 and AC 25 asphalt mixture in road engineering.
