摘要
对2种初生α相含量不同的Ti6242S合金进行240 MPa,510℃下的蠕变试验,研究合金组织对其蠕变性能的影响。结果表明:初生α相含量高的合金出现蠕变畸变区的数量大于含量低的合金,且其减速蠕变阶段的蠕变速率达到了2.75×10^(-6)s^(-1),蠕变35 h时塑性应变达到0.043%,达到0.1%的塑性应变的时间仅仅74 h,相比初生α相含量低的合金抗蠕变性能差。
Creep test of two kinds of Ti6242S alloy with different contents of primaryαphase at 240 MPa and 510℃was carried out,and the effect of microstructure on creep behavior of the alloy was investigated.The results show that the number of creep distortion zones in the alloy with higher content of primaryαphase is larger than that of the alloy with low content,and its creep rate in the deceleration creep stage reaches 2.75×10^(-6)s^(-1),and the plastic strain reaches 0.043%after 35 h,and the duration time for 0.1%plastic strain only lasts 74 h,which shows lower creep resistance than that of the alloy with low primaryαphase.
