摘要
目的:了解大学生卡特尔16种个性因素测试情况,探讨心理健康状况和人格特征的关系,为培养大学生不同位置的足球运动员提供理论参考。方法:采用个人《卡特尔16种个性因素测试表》对大学生16种个性因素及结合足球运动项目特点进行分析。结果:(1)恃强性、兴奋性、敢为性、外向性等值偏高个性的大学球员适合担任前锋;(2)稳定性、自律性、聪慧性值中高的个性大学生足球运动员适合培养其司职中场等;而怀疑性、忧虑性偏低;(3)敏感性、独立性、焦虑性值偏高等个性因素偏低的大学生球员适合担任后卫防守。建议:足球训练及比赛中教练员应针对不同个性类型的大学生足球运动员进行训练、比赛搭配工作,让其在比赛中发挥各自所长,取得最佳用人效果。
Objective to explore the relationship between mental health status and personality characteristics of college students, and to provide the theoretical basis for the cultivation of College Students' football players in 16 different positions. Methods 16 personality factors of college students were tested with Cattell's "personality factor test of 16 kinds of personality factors". The results of aggressiveness, excitability, courage, extraversion personality of college players high equivalent for striker; second is stability, self-discipline, intelligence value personality of college football players in the training for the high midfield; doubt, anxiety is low, followed by sensitivity, independence, anxiety the low value of the high personality factors of college players for the defence. The conclusion and suggestion for football training and competition for college football players with different personality types of training and match collocation work, to play their role in the game, to achieve the best effect for people.
