摘要
针对目前国内草坪修剪机普遍存在的智能化程度不高、剪草劳动强度大和工作效率低等问题,研制出一台集视觉导航系统、自动行驶系统、自动剪草和自动卸草为一体的草坪修剪机,其主要由传感器摄像头、控制器、信号转换器、修剪装置、集草装置、自动行走装置等部分组成。现场试验表明,该机具有自动避障和剪草功能,剪草质量能满足相关作业标准要求且剪草效率高,易于操作,工作性能可靠。
Currently,domestic lawn trimmers generally involve the problems of insufficient intelligence and large labor intensity and low efficiency in grass cutting. A lawn trimmer integrating a visual navigation system,an automatic driving system,automatic grass cutting and automatic grass discharge system is designed,mainly consisting of sensors,camera,controller,signal converter,trimming device,grass collecting device and automatic walking device. The field test shows that the machine features automatic obstacle avoidance and automatic grass cutting,with cutting quality meeting relevant operation standards,having the advantages of high grass cutting efficiency,easy operation and reliable work performance.
