摘要
糖尿病足是糖尿病一种严重的慢性并发症,其高发病率、高致残率和高病死率及低控制率给患者家庭及整个医疗卫生体系带来巨大负担。我国现有医疗资源匹配差异,糖尿病足诊治的难度、复杂性、差异性较大,都增加了其防治的难度。国外有成型的诊疗模式可以借鉴。鉴于我国现全面开展慢性非传染性疾病分级诊疗模式,对糖尿病足患者进行合理的分级诊疗工作,能更好地为患者提供有序的、连续的、同质化的健康服务。本文对中国糖尿病足分级诊疗模式进行如下综述。
Diabetic foot(DF)is a serious chronic complication of diabetes.Its high incidence,high disability rate,high mortality rate and low control rate bring huge burden to the family,the whole medical and health system.The medical resources of our country match the difference,the difficulty,complexity and difference of the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic foot increase the difficulty of prevention and cure.The modes of diagnosis and treatment in foreign countries can be used for reference.In the consideration of our country is to carry out a chronic noncommunicable diseases diagnosis classification and grading diagnosis and treatment on DF patients reasonably,which can provide orderly,continuous and homogeneous health services for DF patients.This paper gives the following summary of Chinese classification of DF diagnosis and treatment mode.
