摘要
糖尿病足溃疡(diabetic foot ulcers,DFU)是糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)的一种常见并发症;疼痛是DFU患者一种较为少见的临床症状,但对其生存质量及疾病预后均有重要影响。由于发生率相对较低,疼痛的治疗常常被忽视。文中从DFU疼痛的发生机制、治疗以及护理在DFU疼痛中所发挥的作用等方面对DFU疼痛的研究进展作一综述。
Diabetic foot ulcer （DFU） is a common complication of diabetes mellitus. DFU pain is a rare clinical symptom, but significantly influences the patient＇s quality of life as well as the prognosis of DFU. However, because of its relatively low inci- dence, its management is often overlooked clinically. This article presents an overview on the pathogenesis and management of DFU pain as well as the role of nursing in its treatment.
