摘要
本文系统阐述了糖尿病足创面修复的机制和意义、时机把握、治疗原则、方法选择原则和技巧。特别强调要以糖尿病足清创和感染处理为基础,阐述了创面修复的方式和方法。针对不同阶段的创面,对遵循相应处理原则做出诠释。列举了近年来一些在创面的不同治疗阶段促愈合所应用的新技术、新方法。同时将糖尿病足创面修复的根本目标是功能康复的观念贯穿文章始终。为临床糖尿病足创面的预防及修复提供有效的治疗方案,进行了经验总结。
This paper systematically expounds the mechanism and significance of diabetic foot wound repair,timing,treatment principles,method selection principles and techniques.Special emphasis should be based on diabetic foot debridement and infection treatment,elaborated wound repair modes and methods.For different stages of the wound,an explanation follows the appropriate treatment principles.Some new techniques and new methods applied to promote healing at different treatment stages of wounds in recent years are listed.At the same time,the paper illustrated the fundamental goal of diabetic foot wound repair as the concept of functional rehabilitation.It provides an effective treatment plan for the prevention and repair of clinical diabetic foot wounds and summarizes the experience.
