摘要
为了确保区段煤柱下综采面安全回采,分析了近距离煤层开采中,上煤层开采后遗留煤柱对下煤层工作面的影响,包括孤立大煤柱对下煤层工作面的影响。提出了上煤层回采完成后爆破孤立大煤柱,同时调斜综采面、缩小工作面长度、加快工作面推进速度等技术措施,确保综采面生产安全。研究结果表明,采取的改进措施能够控制煤柱下工作面顶板,确保回采安全。
In order to ensure the safety of fully mechanized mining face under section coal pillar,the influence of the left coal pillars after the upper coal seam mining on the working face of the lower coal seam in the close distance coal seam mining,and the isolated large coal pillars on the working face of the lower coal seam was analyzed. By carrying out some technical measures,such as blasting isolated large coal pillar,adjusting the obliquity of fully mechanized face,reducing the length of working face and accelerating the speed of working face,the safety of fully mechanized mining face was ensured. The research results show that the improved measures can control the roof of working face under coal pillars and ensure the safety of mining.
