摘要
盾构滚刀在施工过程中,易产生刀圈崩裂等现象,研究了H13E钢的锻造、预备热处理、淬火回火、退火处理对其性能和刀圈寿命的影响。针对H13E钢质量的差别及其具体使用情况,指出了每个工艺过程的较佳工艺参数,并介绍了H13E钢表面处理的最新进展。
During the constructions, the cutterring installed on hobs is prone to some fai lures l ike cracking. The paperresearches the influence of forging, pre-heat treatment, quenching & tempering, annealing treatment ofH13E steel on its performance and service l i fe of the cutter ring. Based on the qual ity variance and specific usage of H13E steel, it points out good process parameters of each process and introduces the latest development of the surface treatment of H13E steel.
